Main Purpose of Role:


The 1st Line IT Support Engineer will support the business through solving IT issues, completing Service Requests and helping increase efficiency of business processes.


Knowledge / Experience (Skills):


  • Experience with Microsoft desktop operating systems, Active Directory, Intune, and hardware diagnostics.
  • Experience working in a teamorientated, collaborative environment.
  • ITIL operational framework experience
  • Flexibility in work time and location with a willingness to travel to any Penspen sites as may be required.
  • Application support experience with Microsoft Office and O365
:


  • Good knowledge of cloudbased video conferencing systems e.g, Teams, Zoom etc., and modern hardware endpoints.
  • Knowledge of mobile devices and their configuration.

Qualifications:


  • 12 year's experience working within an IT Environment
