    We are looking for a customer orientated, proactive and good communicator Business Development Manager to join our Export team, to develop the sales Saudi Arabian market.

    In the role of Business Development Manager you will:

  • Secure incremental sales across the complete DAB product portfolio for different market segments and relative channels
  • Play a key role in the business unit, having the specific commercial and technical knowledge for support the current distribution set up
  • Be an intermediary between big consultants, design and construction offices, government and municipalities offices with our clients
  • Record all activities related customer relationship management and recorded the follow in our CRM system
  • Execute of marketing and sales strategies in accordance with what agreed with the company
  • Identify and development of new business opportunity
  • Personal guiding set of the dealers, including daily support and perspective development
  • Develop of the key segments such as: Developers and Civil Construction, Engineering companies
  • Work on construction business projects directly and using specialized dealers
  • Price policy control
  • Resolve of conflict situation among dealers
  • Prepare of sales activity action plans for future periods and per customers
  • Define proper equipment in union with presales department and customer needs
  • Competences & Skills:

  • 3+ years' experience in industries with technical solutions or equipment, preferably in international company
  • Knowledge of local import rules/customs processes, goods taxation
  • Technical background, preferable Degree in Engineering or Economy
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Good IT skills, in particular MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Acquaintance with sales reporting/CRM/BI tools
  • Available to travel frequently
  • Goal oriented and customer oriented with good communication skills
  • System approach, good planning and problem-solving abilities
  • Business ethics and transparency in teamwork
