Key Responsibilities:
The Operations Manager will have the following key tasks:

  • Act as a single point of contact and develop positive relationships with the client for all facilities management services issues in the area of responsibility
  • Respond to problems and concerns, implementing policy, rules, and regulations
  • Manage onsite facilities management operation teams
  • Manage contractual relationships and work with the client's representatives to assure excellent service delivery to client's locations
  • Support the account management team to monitor and modify the services deliverables
  • Review and establish procedure playbooks that demonstrate performance is being consistently delivered
  • Manage the effective implementation of health, safety, security

Requirements:


  • Extensive experience in managing, developing, and upskilling teams in areas such as security, maintenance, cleaning, and front of house
  • A background in a 57 star hotel or Butler service
  • Exceptional customerfacing and operational experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and security regulations
  • A proven track record in delivering highquality facilities management services
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities, Real Estate Management, or equivalent through experience
Previous operational experience with emphasis on integrated real estate services

  • Demonstrated leadership/management skills to deal with issues ranging from senior level to administrative to maintenance/engineering
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills with excellent MS Office Suite skills
  • Ability to lead Change Management programs
  • Ability to manage multimillion Pound/Dollar budgets
  • Demonstrable Health & Safety knowledge and/or experience (IOSH minimum)
  • Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex business documents and can respond effectively to highly sensitive issues
Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style

  • Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups
  • Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action
  • Demonstrate an ability to solve complex problems and deliver a variety of options in complex situations
