We are currently looking for Innovation & Service Design Consultant, who will manage, run and continuously improve the service design and business process innovation activities.


Requirements:


Key responsibilities and objectives:


  • Plan, lead and manage service innovation projects and activities
  • Work closely with product/service owners and clients helping them realize their service goals
  • Continuously improve the process of innovation and service design
  • Manage the innovation pipeline by collaborating with stakeholders and service owners
  • Plan, lead and manage service design projects and teams
  • Engage with clients through presentations, facilitating workshops and cocreation sessions
  • Develop design strategy collaboratively with clients, and design team
  • Build stories to communicate research, service vision & concepts and design rationale behind them
  • Ensure high quality of work, adhere to design standards, meet stakeholder user needs and correspond to project briefs
  • Develop new service design methods and practices to improve design track
  • Continuously improve the process of innovation
  • Design and facilitate business innovation workshops, ideation workshops and design sprints
  • Conduct design research (quantitative and qualitative research activities) including user interviews, usability tests, surveys, research reports and personas
  • Advocate for usercentered design and innovation within the organization
  • Transfer design solutions into BRSD documents

Requirement
s:


  • 5+ years of proven track records in similar position
  • Work experience in: Innovation Management and Service Design, Design Thinking Process and tools, Agile delivery methodologies; User Experience, Customer Experience and Service Design; Service Blueprinting; Customer journey mapping; Concept development (sketches, storyboards, rapid prototyping and mockups)
  • Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English and in Arabic
  • Excellent skills in digital office tools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Great presentation skills
  • Excellent planning and designing skills
  • Strong crossfunctional collaboration and relationship management ability
  • Good knowledge of business performance measurement techniques and methodologies
