One of our private UHNW clients is looking for an experienced Food and beverage supervisor in Saudi Arabiato work in his main property in Saudi Arabia.

As the F&B Supervisor, you are responsible to assist the F&B Manager and F&B Assistant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the business.

You will be involved in service operations ensuring smooth operations, development and coaching of staff.

F&B supervisors will oversee any tasks related to the F&B and other areas and required to ensure the guests' total satisfaction


General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take care of all suite rooms, reception room and diningroom, pantries, and coordinate with all concerned departments to fulfil owner needs and requests, providing to organise the service of food and beverages when requested.
• Provide constant availing F&B service, performing all owner duties with the sense of priority and dedication, serving in a calm, discrete and courteous manner, respecting timing standards.
• Arrange table setting (Formal and informal), Room service and Welcome drinks at any time it will be requested.
• Responsible for ensuing all areas not limited to food and beverage are maintained to a high standard throughout the stay any discrepancies to be reported directly to the F&B manager or person responsible
• Ensuring that on and off season the standards of the property are maintained to the level set by the company
• Responsible for delegation of people and tasks throughout the shift ensuring that service provided is of the standard set by the company
• Fully aware of the menu and drinks, communicates with the kitchen regarding menu questions and product availability.
• Keeps concerned departments informed about the owner food preferences, updating the guest preference, likes and dislikes reporting directly to the F&B Manager, taking notes of all the information, updates and instruction, and giving proper handover before signing off from the shift
• Responsible for reporting and safe keeping of inventory of china, glassware, silverware, linen and additional equipment
• Responsible for the ordering of food and beverage procurement for all areas
• Responsible for the communication between line staff and management
• Follows all the owner needs until they are completed to the total satisfaction, with each food course and/or beverages
• Responsible for all items and resources available in the F&B service and helps monitoring the stock inventory and to follow up on pending issues with the tracking system and store requisition forms.
• Understands and strictly adheres to the Rules & Regulations of the Company and the policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
• To attend and contribute to all meetings of the F&B service and training as scheduled and other related activities.
• Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned out of the list.
• Takes notes of all the information, updates and instruction and giving proper handover before signing off from the shift.
• Create a safe, comfortable, and friendly working environment to enable the team to deliver an outstanding overall level of service.
• Maintain effective communication with all Food & Beverage related departments, ensuring the guests' requests and preferences are anticipated and handled effectively as well as ensuring that the F&B team on duty are fully conversant with the day's operations and responsibilities and tasks.
• Ensure that impeccable grooming standards are maintained by the team, whilst personally presenting a professional image

Salary :
SAR 13,090.00 SAR 18,700.00 per month

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
