Commercial Card Sales Manager (12-Month Contract)

Company Overview:


We are seeking a Commercial Card Sales Manager to join our clients team in Abu Dhabi, UAE, where we design purpose-driven financial solutions that inspire positive change.

As a Commercial Card Sales Manager, you'll contribute to amplifying these solutions through innovative strategies.


Role and Responsibilities:


Drive the growth of a robust Large Market/B2B pipeline for the Financial Institution (FI), focusing on exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).


Responsibilities:


  • Develop impactful sales content for the FI, utilizing Marketing Automation (MA) materials.
  • Secure deals with FI partners, emphasizing both card and invoiceled flows.
  • Train sales teams within FI partners, fostering ongoing product knowledge.
  • Identify sales opportunities aligned with the MA strategy, including OTA and B2B flows.
  • Engage with key stakeholders at the bank to drive business growth for MA.
  • Prioritize prospects lists, manage the sales pipeline, and update opportunities in SFDC.
  • Lead sales discussions, pitch products to end customers, and support onboarding of new customers.
  • Undertake DirecttoCorporate (D2C) activities with Large Market/Mid-Market corporates.
  • Review and recommend improvements for the bank and MA processes.

Qualifications/Expectations:

years of relevant sales experience in commercial cards.

  • Strong team player, resultsdriven, and highenergy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proven track record of success, proactivity, and eagerness to innovate.
  • Ability to interact with external clients and contribute to team settings.
  • Strong execution capabilities and experience in managing multiple stakeholder projects.

KPIs:


  • Gross Dollar Volume (GDV)
  • Pipeline size and conversion rates
  • Deal activation rates
  • Other strategic KPIs as needed.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
ریال30, ریال320,000.00 per year
