• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Experience in Egypt, Lebanon, or Jordan, reflecting diverse perspectives.
• 23 years' experience in the Big Four.
• Solid experience and knowledge of accounting principles and valuation techniques.
• A strong educational background
