Job Purpose
This position is responsible to coordinate people, processes, projects and design to ensure that the assignments are delivered on time and produced the desired results in terms of cost saving and excellence.
Regardless of the type of a project as It could vary from creating a concept to suggesting a menu or/ and outsourcing an asset.
You are responsible to manage the design and graphics teams and should keep in touch with innovation, art and creativity.
Key Result Areas
- Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered ontime, within scope and within budget
- Specify and develop the detailed project plans ensuring that resources are available and allocated on time.
- Should be skillful enough in budgeting and analysis.
- Manage multiple projects and have the ability to trouble shoot and be a problem solver
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the clients and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Keep track at all the times for each project on hand during each step of execution and record after handover
- Participate in different stages of the design research process such as searching the market, the internet, the latest designs magazines, workshops, etc.
- Responsible for coordinating the design work and getting the team involved in the entire construction process, right from the work of design thinking team, architects and the planning phase, to the final construction
- Responsible for building and proposing moodboards for new projects or current enhancements
Specifications (Qualifications, Experience, and Skills)
- A bachelor's degree or master degree in a related field
- Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator
- IT Skills excellent MS Office
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
- Budget management experience
- Proven experience in project management.
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
Salary:
ریال18, ریال20,000.00 per month
