The opportunity

To participate in providing an effective facilities service on site by ensuring all areas of responsibilities are managed and administered in accordance with the contract specification and service levels


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working to manage and develop the relationship with the client, customer and vendors.
  • Assisting with any administrative and clerical requirements including the coordination of deliveries, mail and, courier services.
  • Assisting with projects and functions that the department is tasked to organize, including meeting room assistance.
  • Being fully and proactively contributes to ISO 14001 accreditation which may include periodic site inspections and audits combined with meeting HSE legislation. (If applicable.)
  • Enhancing processes to support and facilitate customer service delivery.
  • Complying with all health and safety legislation.
  • Building and maintaining good customer relations.
  • Complying with all Mace processes and procedures.
  • Supporting all team members as and when required.
Site specific

  • Being the primary coordinator of all mail centre functions.
  • Checking and maintaining office supplies and tidiness.
  • Coordinating service calls with facilities vendors.
  • Moving process assist with boxes, signage and etc.
  • Working on special projects as necessary i.e., bookbinding, copying and others.
  • Providing backup support for the facilities team (reception, file clerk, etc.) as needed.
  • Assisting file pickup/deliveries to the file room.
About you

You are digitally savvy, especially in MS Office and can provide support to strong motivated teams.
