    Landa is seeking a FieldService Engineer (FSE) who will be responsible forensuring optimum customer satisfaction with Landa's NanographicPrinting presses by providing first-class technical support toLanda's growing customer base and enhancing strong relationshipswith customers.

    Responsibilities:

    Transfer of technical knowledge to pressoperators to resolve on-site technical issues

    Escalate complex issues to Landa s worldwide teams to ensureoptimal and effective treatment of customerissues

    Harness technical knowledge on thetechnical aspects of the presses, to maximize both press productionand productivity

    Attributes:

    Availability to work flexible hours, with theability to travel extensively to customers' sites (includingovernight trips)

    Ability to work under remotesupervision and perform well under pressure

    Excellent interpersonal skills, working with global customers andcolleagues

    "Can do" approach using establishedtechnical policies and procedures to effectively handle customerissues

    Excellent self-learning capabilities -always looking to deepen knowledge of existing systems,technologies, and products

    Self-motivated andable to work in a dynamic workplace

    Clear andeffective English communicationskills

    Requirements :

    Over 5 years of experience in productsupport in the graphic arts industry for digital printers or offsetpresses

    Experience in inkjet systems - anadvantage

    End to end, highly-skilled technicalcapabilities and strong troubleshootingskills

    Residence in the UnitedStates

    Willingnessto extensive travel to customers' sites(~40%)

    Valid drivinglicense
