Brief:

We are looking for a business system analyst to implement and improve our different products within our marketplace. You will analyze system requirements and address any relevant problems. You will be supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product's features

As a business system analyst within Qawafel, you will be joining a team of engineers and product managers who are passionate about e-commerce, marketplace systems, software development and spiritual fast-growing startup.

Responsibilities:

• Understand business needs and help the customer identify business solutions for technical needs in assigned fields.
• Delivers the technical offering and solution architecture for clients.
• Work with the client and sales team to generate ideas and opportunities.
• Work in sync with the delivery teams and develop sustainable and commercially viable technical solutions for business problems.
• Identifies and proposes solutions for technical, strategic, and business problems.
• Responsible for delivering compliant, professionally produced proposals within the customerdefined timeframe.
• Define solution assumptions, constraints, and limitations based on the business needs.
• Deliver solutions and technical presentations related to proposals.
• Contributes to the estimation process.
• Build POCs and Conduct Demos for proposed solutions.
• Prepare RFPs drafts for clients when needed.
• Assure smooth transition to the delivery team.
• Consulted in project output with reference to the proposed solution from a business and technical perspective.

Qualifications:

• BSc in Engineering or Information Technology field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT presales (or equivalent), and a customerfacing salesrelated job.
• Proven experience in proposing and optimizing solutions for technical problems.
• Solid knowledge and experience in assigned technical field.
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
• Handson experience in the assigned technical field.
• Solid knowledge and experience in managing disaster recovery infrastructures, technologies, and facilities.
• Experience in complex systems design, and systems software and support.
• Good knowledge and experience in IT technology Policies and procedures aligned with bestknown practices and technologies.
• Excellent knowledge of all MS Office programs.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic speaking and writing.

- perfect written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with customers.

• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.

Education:

• Bachelor's (preferred)
