Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, MIS, or similar fields.
  • Healthcare experience + 1 year.

Skills:


  • Software.

  • Basic Hardware & networking.

Responsibilities:


  • Handling the HIS & ERP systems including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and others.
  • Fully aware of HIS & ERP workflows and cycles.
  • Has knowledge of Nphies, ZACAT integrations, and other healthcare projects.
  • Overseeing and determining scope, timeframes, direction, consulting, administration, and monitoring major IT projects.
  • Experience with SQL server database and power bi reports.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the integration as it relates to the healthcare field.
  • Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
  • Providing direction for IT team members.
  • Providing IT standards, procedures, policies, and overall IT performance.
  • Coordinate with all heads of the departments within the center and take their inputs to improve the technology solutions, implementation, and adoption.
  • Ensures successful implementation and rollout of various projects.
  • Set up and manage help desk support for staff within the center.
  • Valuating user needs and system functionality and ensuring the facilities meet these needs.
  • Troubleshoot all technology issues.
  • Troubleshoot the firewall issues.
  • Provide network monitoring, management, and troubleshooting for WAN and LANs including main locations and remote sites. If needed.
  • Conducting regular system audits.
  • Managing and reporting on the allocation of the IT performance.
