We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representativeto contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Present financial products to clients using the authorized techniques in order to meet customer's needs and preserve Bank alBilad's market share
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
  • Enter and update customer information in the database

Job Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree of commerce, business administration or related fields
years of retail sales experience

  • Energetic and enthusiastic.
  • Good command of English & Arabic languages
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Basic selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Service Oriented

Pay:
From ریال1,600.00 per month


Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Riyadh (preferred)
