Mozn is on the lookout for an in-house IT Support Specilaist.

As an IT Support Specialist, you'll help ensure our systems are safe and secure, and roll out initiatives to keep our team on their toes on ways to use our systems safely.

You'll find opportunities to tighten the screws, you're a go-getter and ready to run with it.


As an IT Support Specialist, your daily workload might include:

  • Perform network operations and maintenance tasks; ethernet, wireless, voip, to ensure network stability.
  • Assure connectivity availability for all end users, endpoints, and other peripherals.
  • Perform firewall and VPN operations.
  • Respond to tickets raised by end users.
  • Perform basic system administration tasks in an onprem environment.
  • Participate in IT asset management.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor of Engineering (ICT, Computer, Communications, or any relevant field)
  • CCNA or Network+ certified
  • Basic Linux knowledge
  • Two years experience in IT support
