    This is a remote position.

    Elite Edge LLC is looking for to expand our consultancy business. In this regard, we are looking to hire several 1099 consultants for upcoming projects on an as needed basis. Our business owners have been configuring both Enterprise Level and Small Business Systems for many years. We have been implementing HCM cloud based HRIS, Talent Acquisition Systems, Membership Management Systems, and other related Business ERP systems.

When we review a client that has an issue with HR or other technology. We look at all of our available talent within our organization and help find a solution to what ever challenge a company may be facing. We have clients that we provide ongoing support for their Zoho, Taleo TBE/TEE, ORC/HCM Cloud, and Wild Apricot. However because we have such a diverse workforce. We are always happy to look at your skills and how we can leverage them.

    Elite Edge is a Veteran and Minority owned company that got its start in Talent Acquisitions as Corporate Recruiters. After many years of recruiting for large Oil and Gas companies and Government clients, our owners started system administration out of a lack of talent a the organizations that they worked for. This drive to know how the system works, allowed us to design HR and Member Systems over the years by drawing on our past experiences as end users of these software.

    We are looking for an experienced Wild Apricot Administrator to manage and maintain our multiple Wild Apricot accounts, including all related administrative, organizational and customer service tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple aspects of the accounts, including user profiles, account security, content management and reporting.

    Responsibilities
    • Manage and maintain the Wild Apricot account, including ongoing organization and maintenance of user profiles, account security, content management and reporting.
    • Provide technical support and training to staff members on the Wild Apricot platform, including troubleshooting related issues.
    • Customize the Wild Apricot page according to changing needs and requirements.
    • Create and organize new user accounts and provide access to the Wild Apricot platform for internal and external parties.
    • Develop and execute reports from the Wild Apricot platform to provide accurate insights into customer and user activity.
    • Keep up to date with all new features and functionality including upcoming updates.
    • Manage and maintain integrated software applications for the Wild Apricot platform.
    • Act as a customer service point of contact when needed and handle associated customer service inquiries promptly.


    Requirements

    • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
    • Proven work experience as a Wild Apricot Administrator
    • Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript and web technologies
    • Understanding of web security principles
    • Familiarity with SQL, API and other technical aspects of web development
    • Strong problem-solving, organizational and customer service skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Must be able to speak fluent English
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently


    Benefits

    This is a 1099 or C2C as needed contractor. There are opportunities to bill hours if hired.
