- Manage and maintain the Wild Apricot account, including ongoing organization and maintenance of user profiles, account security, content management and reporting.
- Provide technical support and training to staff members on the Wild Apricot platform, including troubleshooting related issues.
- Customize the Wild Apricot page according to changing needs and requirements.
- Create and organize new user accounts and provide access to the Wild Apricot platform for internal and external parties.
- Develop and execute reports from the Wild Apricot platform to provide accurate insights into customer and user activity.
- Keep up to date with all new features and functionality including upcoming updates.
- Manage and maintain integrated software applications for the Wild Apricot platform.
- Act as a customer service point of contact when needed and handle associated customer service inquiries promptly.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- Proven work experience as a Wild Apricot Administrator
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript and web technologies
- Understanding of web security principles
- Familiarity with SQL, API and other technical aspects of web development
- Strong problem-solving, organizational and customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be able to speak fluent English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
