    This is a remote position.

    Elite Edge LLC is looking forto expand our consultancy business. In this regard, we are lookingto hire several 1099 consultants for upcoming projects on an asneeded basis. Our business owners have been configuring bothEnterprise Level and Small Business Systems for many years. We havebeen implementing HCM cloud based HRIS, Talent Acquisition Systems,Membership Management Systems, and other related Business ERPsystems.

When we review a client that has an issue withHR or other technology. We look at all of our available talentwithin our organization and help find a solution to what everchallenge a company may be facing. We have clients that we provideongoing support for their Zoho, Taleo TBE/TEE, ORC/HCM Cloud, andWild Apricot. However because we have such a diverse workforce. This drive to know how thesystem works, allowed us to design HR and Member Systems over theyears by drawing on our past experiences as end users of thesesoftware.

    We are looking foran experienced Wild Apricot Administrator to manage and maintainour multiple Wild Apricot accounts, including all relatedadministrative, organizational and customer service tasks. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for managing multipleaspects of the accounts, including user profiles, account security,content management andreporting.

    Responsibilities
    • Manage and maintainthe Wild Apricot account, including ongoing organization andmaintenance of user profiles, account security, content managementandreporting.
    • Provide technicalsupport and training to staff members on the Wild Apricot platform,including troubleshooting relatedissues.
    • Customize the WildApricot page according to changing needs andrequirements.
    • Create and organizenew user accounts and provide access to the Wild Apricot platformfor internal and externalparties.
    • Develop and executereports from the Wild Apricot platform to provide accurate insightsinto customer and useractivity.
    • Keep up to date withall new features and functionality including upcomingupdates.
    • Manage and maintainintegrated software applications for the Wild Apricotplatform.
    • Act as a customerservice point of contact when needed and handle associated customerservice inquiriespromptly.


    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or relatedfield
    • Proven workexperience as a Wild ApricotAdministrator
    • Knowledge ofHTML/CSS, JavaScript and webtechnologies
    • Understanding of websecurityprinciples
    • Familiarity with SQL,API and other technical aspects of webdevelopment
    • Strongproblem-solving, organizational and customer serviceskills
    • Excellentcommunication skills, both verbal andwritten
    • Must be able to speakfluentEnglish
    • Ability to multitaskand prioritize tasksefficiently


    Benefits

    This is a 1099 or C2C as needed contractor. There are opportunitiesto bill hours if hired.
