Please Find Below the Job Description:

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in geotechnical testing or related field.
  • The Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of technicians to conduct a variety of tests to ensure the integrity of embankments construction projects. This role requires strong technical skills, leadership ability, and a commitment to upholding quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of technicians to conduct geotechnical tests, including soil compaction tests, plate load tests, and other field tests as required.
  • Ensure that all testing procedures are conducted accurately, safely, and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing and take proactive measures to address them.
  • Maintain testing equipment and ensure that it is calibrated and in good working condition.
  • Collect and analyze test data, prepare reports, and communicate findings to project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that testing requirements are met and project goals are achieved.
  • Provide training and guidance to technicians to support their professional development and ensure the quality of their work.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, quality control, and environmental protection.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or technical diploma in civil engineering technology, geotechnical engineering technology, or a related field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of geotechnical testing procedures and equipment.
  • Leadership ability, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and find solutions quickly.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and professionalism.
  • Nationalities: Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, South American, Egyptian.
