Minimum of 12 years of experience in geotechnical testing or related field.
The Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of technicians to conduct a variety of tests to ensure the integrity of embankments construction projects. This role requires strong technical skills, leadership ability, and a commitment to upholding quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of technicians to conduct geotechnical tests, including soil compaction tests, plate load tests, and other field tests as required.
Ensure that all testing procedures are conducted accurately, safely, and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing and take proactive measures to address them.
Maintain testing equipment and ensure that it is calibrated and in good working condition.
Collect and analyze test data, prepare reports, and communicate findings to project stakeholders.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that testing requirements are met and project goals are achieved.
Provide training and guidance to technicians to support their professional development and ensure the quality of their work.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, quality control, and environmental protection.

Qualifications:

Associate degree or technical diploma in civil engineering technology, geotechnical engineering technology, or a related field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of geotechnical testing procedures and equipment.
Leadership ability, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
Excellent problemsolving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and find solutions quickly.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and professionalism.
