Sales Representative will work as a sales associate and help support the Managers and Directors from the Partnerships team to drive commercial opportunities across these sectors and other sectors.


Responsibilities:


  • Acquires new customers by reaching out to leads
  • Serves existing customers by optimizing the current plan
  • Adjusts sales tactics based on tests and new insights in the field
  • Resolves customer complaints and queries
  • Maintains monthly or bimonthly minimum goals
  • Completes market research and monitors competitor activity
  • Maintains documentation of customer contact and account updates
  • Adjusts the content of sales presentations
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers
  • Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques
  • Recommends changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments
  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales or equivalent.
  • 12 years experience or a competitive client's portfolio.
  • Relevant industry experience.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good English Verbal and written
