    • CreateFleet Sales strategy, plan & execute based on recommendedfleet channels per BusinessPlan.
    • Toachieve assigned sales targets KPIs as per set objective byensuring an agreed mix of models &types.
    • Maintainan up-to-date & accurate database ofcustomers.
    • Createand maintain a positive customer-friendly sales environment andconduct sales discussions withthem.
    • Discoverand pursue new sales prospects, negotiate deals and maintaincustomer satisfaction whilst ensuring to achieve sales targets(monthly andannually).
    • Planfleet events to support brandawareness.
    • Develops,maintains and strengthens business relationships with the customersand explore business opportunities with them to achieve salestargets and customer satisfactionstandards.
    • Explainthe process and timelines to the customer in depth until thedelivery of the vehicles. Communicate the same in writing policy, finance deals processing timelines. The same is tobe strictly followed by the SalesConsultant.
    • Complywith the sales cycle for each transaction. Coordinate with eachdepartment involved throughout the entire sales process untildelivery of thevehicles.
    • Evaluatescustomer requirements and needs, and negotiates with the customersto finalize thedeal.
    • Coordinatewith the Marketing department for all ideas, suggestions,highlights of new vehicles, feedback from customersetc.
    • Allinquiries and leads are to be added to the companysystem.
    • Allcommunication with customers must be only via company providedtools i.e. company mobile phone, company email addressetc.
    • Attendto all leads forwarded to you in a timely and professional manner.Leads cannot be over-looked or disregarded. Each lead needs to becorrectly contacted and responded to as soon as its beenreceived.
    • Aftersales to be handled with diligence. All customer feedback to betaken seriously and be resolved in a timely manner. Continuousfollow ups with the correct department is required until the matterisresolved.
    • Workclosely with the Finance & Insurance department for alldeals being processed and keep up to date with the latest financeand insurance information on rates, processes, approved listetc.
    • Maintain& submit daily activity reports to the Sales Manager on adaily/monthlybasis.
    • Complywith all companies & departmental rules/regulationsrelating to the purchasing, registration, insuring &payment of vehicles bycustomers.
    • Tokeep all existing and potential customers aware of new models andbenefits offered by dealerships range ofcars.
    • Addvalue to every Sale by promoting Extended Warranty, Insurance,Service Contract, Accessories Sales,Etc.
    • Ensureknowledge of what is important to fleet owners when they purchasevehicles to maintaintransparency.
    • Havethorough knowledge of product, SOP, credit procedures,etc.
    • Acquiresufficient knowledge of competitors products, specifications& prices to be able to overcome customer objections&preferences.

    Requirements

    Bachelors degreeor equivalent experience inBusiness

    5+years of Fleet Sales Consulting experience in the UAE Automotiveindustry.

    Excellentcommunication and customer serviceskills

    Ability tomulti-task, organize, and prioritizework
