Manage and oversee implementation of Bildits workshops in schools in Riyadh

  • Recruit, train, and manage Bildits parttime instructors to conduct afterschool activity workshops in schools and other institutions (i.e. summer camps, education centers, workshops in compounds, private events)
  • Provide training to school teachers where Bildits workshops are conducted internally
  • Coordinate with instructors and schools to gather feedback regarding the quality of the workshops and take necessary actions in coordination with management to ensure continuous success of the program
  • Follow up with instructors before and after each lesson
  • Maintain a positive and healthy relationship with partner schools
  • Work closely with schools to organize Bildits marketing events and increase participation and registration of students
  • Develop and organize Bildits interschool competitions at the end of each term (competition program and layout, budget, communication and marketing, implementation of competition)
  • Coordinate with logistic company to ensure timely delivery of kits to every school
  • Manage financials of the workshops including invoicing from schools and parents and payments of parttime instructors
  • Support the business development manager in generating new leads by meeting with schools and other institutions
  • Support the business development manager in conducting a competitive landscape analysis (including pricing, number of registrations, best practices, etc. )
  • Provide the R&D team with feedback on curriculum and projects based on insights received from students, instructors, teachers, and parents
  • Organize and share with marketing team all relevant content from workshops (I.e. pictures, videos)
  • Provide support in drafting and updating training modules given to instructors and workshop managers
  • Schedule weekly meetings/calls with management to report on workshop activities and performance of instructors
  • Prepare quarterly report and present to CEO during the first week of each quarter to discuss registrations breakdown by level, activities for next quarter, quality assessment of workshops, complaints receives and potential challenges

Sourcing of Instructors

  • Each class of 10 has a fully dedicated instructor
  • Extra instructors are available to cover when needed

Instructors Training

  • 100% of instructors received onboarding training and are qualified to give a workshop on their own
  • 1 training day with all instructors before every term
  • 100% of schools with "kits only" models have received 1 training per term
  • Feedback and support given to improve instructors training

Instructors Assessment and Retention

  • Quarterly assessment done and shared with management for 100% of active instructor
  • 70% of instructors retention from term to term
  • 90% of instructors completed their term
  • 80% of after class reports filed and sent by instructors
  • Organized at least one fun event for all instructors per term
  • Instructors feedback results (conducted by head of EDU Operations ): 90% More than satisfied

Students, Parents, and Schools Satisfaction

  • Schools feedback survey results (conducted by head of EDU Operations ): 90% More than satisfied
  • Parents feedback survey results (conducted by head of EDU Operations ): 90% More than satisfied

  • 30% return students
  • 100% of classes were held on time
  • 100% of complaints by schools or parents were communicated with head of EDU Operations
  • 100% of complaints were solved within one week (with confirmation from source of complaint )
  • Database of students and registrations is uptodate

Outreach and Marketing

  • Attended events (personally or through instructors) in 70% of partner schools to increase participation
  • Attended at least 80% of meetings set up by business development manager
  • Converted at least 60% of schools with which personal meetings were held
  • Marketing content folder (picture and videos) is uptodate

Competition

  • Hold one competition per term with at least 15% participation rate
  • Parents feedback survey results on competition (conducted by head of EDU Operations ): 90% More than satisfied

Financials and payments

  • 90% of school payments received according to schedule
  • 100% of instructors paid on time every month (or week)

Kits Delivery

  • 100% of kits got delivered to the corresponding schools on time
  • 100% of damaged/missing material was replaced on time

Curriculum Enhancement

  • At least one meeting or one document sent to Head of EDU Operations to assess current curriculum and projects and suggest improvement areas

Follow-up & Reporting

  • 80% of weekly management meetings held
  • Quarterly report developed and presented to CEO

Salary:
