The role will support the security oversight, coordination, and management during the construction phase at Qiddiya between the client and the contracted delivery partners.


Requirements:


  • Undertaking fee earning consultancy, including but not limited to operational security management consulting, crisis management planning, training and response, security risk assessments (site/project/supplychain/business), security policy and planning consultancy, built environment security consulting, business continuity planning and management, benchmarking and maturity assessments, and risk workshops
  • Client liaison, as a trusted advisor for Control Risks in order to develop client relationships across the full breadth of capabilities
  • Ensure requests from clients and prospects are dealt with effectively
  • Creating proposals and building project budgets to define scope and determine pricing prior to signoff by designated managers
  • Provide accurate information on pipeline activity
  • Operational planning and management of engagements, including quality oversight of operational and documentbased deliverables and compliance with Control Risks policies, standards and methodologies
  • Operational responsibility for and collaborative input into performance management of team members
  • Conducting internal risk assessments for highrisk work and deployments
  • Adopt innovative approaches to development of current practices and new solutions
  • Act as a thought leader and coordinate with peer group across the business
