The opportunity

Project:
This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recognising set up for projects controls delivery of medium/high complexity projects/programmes.
  • Defining specific project controls methods, techniques, and tools.
  • Having knowledge in the implementation of EVM and total cost management
  • Managing and cultivating defined client relationships and securing new work.
  • Managing a team of professionals delivering projects controls services and is responsible for staff development.
  • Developing strategies, alternatives, and recommendations for effective delivery solutions to meet client needs.
  • Understanding of setting up effective project controls systems and procedures
  • Having knowledge of project controls tools and software (e.g. MS Project, PRA, portfolio software, Primavera P6, acumen fuse).
  • Managing resources, growing and developing the team.
  • Having the ability to manage activities with significant uncertainty of solution or outcome
  • Supporting senior management in deal negotiations, contract development, due diligence and other business development or alliance development projects.
  • Having excellent attention to detail and ability to validate and check project control inputs, recording and reports produced, providing basic commentary and analysis.
About you


You have a degree or equivalent with professional work experience in one or more specific disciplines in the Programme, Project or Commercial Management disciplines, and in addition to mandatory training courses: working towards Chartered/registered member of a relevant institution Accreditation from a recognised industry body (e.g APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE) and having Relevant CSCS Card.

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams.
