Job Summary


Major Duties and Responsibilities:
► Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans

► Sourcing CV'S, Preferable FOOD & BEVERAGE Professionals

► Create and publish job ads in various portals

► Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events

► Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees

► Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire

► Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods

► Host and participate in job fairs

Qualifications and Experience


A minimum of:

► Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related degree with a minimum of 2years of relevant experience,

► Proven experience as a Recruitment officer, Recruiter or similar role

► Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Monster and Indeed

► Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook,

► Familiarity with applicant tracking systems

► Strong interpersonal skills

► Good written and verbal communications skills

► Team spirit

► Adequate knowledge of human resources systems and software.

► Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

► Proficiency in both English and Arabic Language.


Salary:
ریال6, ریال7,000.00 per month


Ability to Commute:

  • Jeddah (required)

  • Jeddah: Relocate before starting work (required)
