    We arelooking for a Sales executive for a Retail Optical Store atVaranasi, Uttar Pradesh.
    • Settingsales goals and developing salesstrategies.
    • Tohandle customer complains and solve the issues with their visionproblem.
    • Contactingpotential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and inperson.
    • Meetingdaily, weekly, and monthly salestargets.
    • Answercustomers questions about lenses, specs & SunglassesCross-sellproducts.
    • Helpthe visitor select the best-fitproduct.
    • Informcustomers about discounts and specialoffers.
    • Stayup-to-date with newproducts/services.
    • Superviseand maintain the proper condition of all equipment, fixtures, andmachinery in theStore.
    • Ensurethat customers are attended properly while choosing frames andlenses.


    Requirements

    • HigherSecondary(12th Pass)(Required).
    • Candidatemust have Optical salesexperience.
    • Goodcommunication and interpersonalskills.
    • Shouldbetarget-oriented.
    • Musthave good knowledge of Brands & opticalframes.
    • Capableof independently handling the entire store wheneverneeded.
