Your Role:
As a Digital Sales Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of driving success in three key areas:

Achieve Sales Excellence:


  • Meet and exceed sales and profitability targets for our comprehensive digital offerings, including software, hardware, and devices.

Implementation Maestro:


  • Strategically plan, educate, and oversee the seamless installation of our cloud solutions in the fitness sector.

Customer Engagement Maestro:


  • Provide unparalleled support to ensure maximum utilization and retention of our cloud solutions.
  • Conduct onsite training, events, and remote webinars to foster community and boost engagement.

Additional Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with Field Sales in presales activities, offering product training on our Wellness Network products and services.
  • Proactively identify and approach prospects for software solutions, independent of equipment opportunities.
  • Lead customer education and activation initiatives, leveraging elearning, live education, and tutoring to drive MyWellness platform usage.
  • Establish best practices derived from successful customer case histories, showcasing the value of our digital solutions.
  • Maintain a structured Forecast and Pipeline Management system.
  • Devise and execute initiatives to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
