- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to maintain and update store displays to align with brand guidelines.
- Organize sales and product demonstrations
- Assist in planning and executing in-store events and promotions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail management.
- Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably in a management or supervisory role.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in luxury fashion.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A passion for fashion and an understanding of luxury market dynamics.
- Basic understanding of retail financial metrics.
- Proficient in Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Arabic, fluent English.
