We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Growth Specialist to join our team at Salla.

As a Marketing Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.

You will work closely with the marketing team to optimize digital marketing campaigns, analyze data, and identify areas of opportunity for growth.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute customer acquisition campaigns to acquire new customers
  • Analyze data and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize marketing efforts
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
  • Develop and present reports on marketing campaign performance
  • Monitor and optimize conversion rates and ROI

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Marketing Growth Specialist or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts and strategies
  • Experience with customer acquisition and retention campaigns
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and metrics
  • Proficient in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation software
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
