Basic qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Product or Program management Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling positioning strategy and present complex information clearly and concisely
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, improvements and initiatives
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Proven ability to successfully thrive in an ambiguous environment and changing market conditions
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and SQL skills

Key responsibilities:

  • Own program metrics on Seller performance, Speed, Selection and operational excellence.
  • Establish and maintain effective performance measurement and monitoring processes. Perform quality audits of the decisions made by stakeholder POCs
  • Perform data analysis and translate insights into concrete, actionable recommendations for operational, program, or process improvements
  • Own reporting of metrics and root cause analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and improve processes, policies and strategies to support the program's vision
  • Support for ongoing initiatives within the Fulfillment Team
  • Ability to communicate across different functions and teams in order to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Fluent in Arabic Master's in Business preferred. - Experience in Internet, e-commerce and retail companies preferred. - Experience in Sales and Operations planning
