Responsible for preparingand closing the FinancialStatements every month in accordance with IFRS Standard and in linewith the Group Policy andprocedures.

Mainpoint of coordination with internal and externalauditors.

Responsiblefor the Tax Filing by Country. VAT, WHT and Corporate Tax Filingsto liaise with the designated third party to ensure information isaudited and checked beforefiling.

Ensureprovisions are taken in line with Group ECL Policy and communicatedto the Head ofFinance.

Analyseall lines of the P&L to explain variances versusBudget/Forecast.

Drivingthe budgeting and forecasting processes and ensuring allinformation is maintained with accurate and updated working filesto be reviewed at any point intime.

Ensureinternal controls are in place and drive efficiencies throughoutthedepartment.

Leadand play a key role in project management and liaising with theproject managers to ensure accurate and precise forecasts.

Maintainingand Reconciling Balance Sheet schedules on a monthly basis.

ProvideCash Flow Forecasting Reports weekly and highlighting any areaswhere funds are required to maintain the operational position ofeachentity.

Supportwith the weekly credit control meetings on collection status andagreeing on the actionsassigned.

Responsiblefor the accounting of all transactions and ensuring that entriesare posted correctly in accordance with IFRS and with GroupPolicy.

Managingpayroll payments and all employee provisions on the balancesheet.

Responsiblefor all Q2C dashboard reporting for identifying new and reneweddeals.

Ensurethe AR and AP functions are running according to the processes inplace.

Maintainall customer reconciliation on revenue recognition and ensuring allaccounts are accurate and up todate.

Supportthe business with financial matters asrequired.

Requirements

• Professionaleducation in business administration, finance or equivalent at areputed institution or equivalent workexperience.
  
• Finance orAccounting Certificate is a must e.g., CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA or CFA isa must.
  
• A persistent nature and awillingness to understand and overcome operationalchallenges/obstacles.
  
• AdvancedEnglish Proficiency.
  
• Strongaccounting background and the ability to effectively communicatefinancial matters when and as required.
  

Professional education in business administration, finance orequivalent at a reputed institution or equivalent work experience.Finance or Accounting Certificate is a must e.g., CA, ACCA, CPA,CMA or CFA is a must.
