PositionSummary:

Ourclient is looking for an ERP tech consultant to join their team.They are implementing Epicore which will be a full suite CRM:inventory, engineering, finance etc. They have the implementationteam from Epicore, they are also choosing an implementation projectmanager on a consulting basis. Reporting to the Director ofFinance.

Responsibilities:

• Manageinformation technology and computer systems (ERP &OperatingSystems).
  
• Performtroubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinentquestions.
  
• Providelevels 1 to 3 IT helpdesk/technical support and assistance forincoming queries and issues related to computers, servers,software, and hardware over phone, email, or inperson.
  
• Design,develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies andprocedures.
  
• Identifyproblematic areas and implement strategic solutions intime.
  
• Auditsystems and assess theiroutcomes.
  
• Organizeand Maintain an absolute order of the Companys engineering Database(ln ERP system and in Solidworks EnterprisePDM).
  
• Bea Subject Matter Expert in configuration management of productvariants.
  
• Createand enforce policies for effective datamanagement.
  
• Deviseand implement efficient and secure procedures for data handling andanalysis with attention to all technicalaspects.
  
• Leadand develop data collection, building reports, maintaining thedatabase, managing and publishing dataetc.
  

TopRequirements:

• Systems/DataAdministration: Post implementation, bethe oversight for all things systems adminrelated.
  
• Supportthe ERP implementation: From a projectmanagement / systems admin perspective in partnership with theirConsultant.
  
• Leadership& Hardware Background: Have ahardware background enough to be a leader for the IT InformationLead , and be a leader on the company s hardwarerequirements.
  
• Aminimum of 2 years of experience as an ERP Administrator (ideallyEpicor) in a similar industry.
  
• ERPcertification (Epicor highly desirable).
  
• Extensiveknowledge of business processes, ERP development tools, and codinglanguages.
  
• Bachelorsdegree in computer science, information technology, or similarpreferred.
  
• Specializationin business administration or a related field will beadvantageous.
