    JobDescription:

    We are seeking anexperienced Real Estate Development Manager to join our team andsupport our client in overseeing a largescale development project.As the Development Manager you will serve as a trusted advisor tothe client providing expert guidance and strategic direction toensure the successful execution of the project from conception todelivery.

    What YoullBe Doing:

    • Collaborateclosely with the client to understand project objectives vision andrequirements aligning strategies with business goals and marketdynamics.
    • Provideleadership in the development and implementation of comprehensiveproject management plans including timelines budgets resourceallocation and risk mitigation strategies.
    • Oversee all phases of thedevelopment process ensuring adherence to regulatory standards andindustry best practices.
    • Manage relationships witharchitects engineers contractors and other external stakeholdersfostering effective communication collaboration and problemsolving.
    • Monitor project progressmilestones and key performance indicators implementing correctiveactions as needed to keep the project on track and within budget.
    • Facilitate regular meetingspresentations and status updates with the client and project teamensuring transparency accountability and alignment on projectobjectives and deliverables.
    • Prepare comprehensivereports presentations and executive summaries to communicateproject status performance metrics and recommendations to clientsenior management and key stakeholders.
    • Serve as a mentor and coachto junior team members fostering their professional development andgrowth.

    WhatRequired Skills Youll Bring:

    • Proven trackrecord of successfully managing complex real estate developmentprojects from inception to completion
    • Excellent communicationnegotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build andmaintain relationships with clients stakeholders and project teammembers.

    WhatDesired Skills Youll Bring:

    • Bachelors degreein Urban Planning Construction Management Business Administrationor related field;
    • Minimumof 15 years of experience in real estate development or relatedfields with a focus on largescale commercial residential ormixeduse projects.
