We are Looking for an Automation Manager for one of our well-known clients based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Experience:5 + years' relevant experience Dairy industry on a large-scale Automation control system environment, Integrated Processes, Multi brand control systems, Multi-Vendor Filling & down-line Machines, process equipment and a variety of instrumentation.

Job Profile:

To maintain electrical, control, instrument and automation installation in the factory. To reduce/minimize down time for plant equipment. To assist plant improvement/investment jobs. To be responsible electrical safety of the installation.

Responsibilities:


  • To maintain troubleshoot and configure hardwire control circuit and PLC software hardware operator interface panel views, digital display.
  • To troubleshoot configure control devices inverter, sensors, and electronic components.
  • To troubleshoot maintain and modify filling and packing equipment electrical system.
  • To maintain technical store related to instrument and electrical items.
  • To repair, modify and design pneumatic electronics instrumentation system.
  • To service calibrate, configure, tune selection, and specification transmitter, controller, control valves, recorder and weighs.
  • To design and produce instrument control loop diagram complete specification.
  • To assist and participate in the planning of preventive, improvement, and investment jobs.
  • To maintain Labor hour in SAP system using tool AMM (Asset Maintenance Management
  • To Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance program as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Faultfinding/troubleshoot on breakdowns and take necessary and timely corrective action.
  • Complete all documentation and filing it accurately, ensuring nonconformance forms are communicated to Team Manager
  • Process.
  • Operate duties in a safe and competent manner and report immediately any unsafe or defective equipment or practices.
  • Ensure safe systems of work and work permits are in place and followed.
  • Conduct duties hygienically, efficiently and within the specified Quality Standards.
  • Liaise with all necessary personnel, including but not exclusive to, Operators, Maintenance Technicians in process, Automation Technicians and Team Manager for Process, as required.
  • Liaise with opposite shift Maintenance Technician
  • Process to ensure detailed hand over.
  • Identify cost reduction opportunities and report to Team Manager
  • Attend team briefings suggesting improvements and workable solutions to team performance.
  • Obtain detailed knowledge of relevant Process Specifications.
  • Maintain required standard of Housekeeping in designated area.
  • Carryout Planned Preventative Maintenance of dairy processing equipment including PHEs, THE's, separators, homogenizes, CIP system, storage tanks and powder handling equipment.
  • Maintain and repair of control systems and valve feedbacks.

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, MSc on going
