    Education and training:

    Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. It is preferable to have a certified accountant certificate such as CPA (Certified Accountant) or CMA (Certified Accounting Manager).
    Experience:

    Previous experience in the field of finance and accounting. Experience as a financial auditor, chartered accountant or financial manager is usually at least 5-7 years.
    Management skills:

    Ability to effectively manage and lead the finance team, including mentoring, motivating and developing staff.
    Planning and analysis skills:

    Ability to develop financial strategies and accurately analyze financial data to make strategic decisions.
    Knowledge of financial laws and regulations:

    Good understanding of local and international financial laws and regulations.
