The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for directing and controlling a van sales operation to achieve budgeted sales and profit targets for all Almarai products in your sub-region


Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor the performance of sales areas to ensure sales and profit goals are met.

Lead and motivate a large sales team to drive results and meet targets.

Utilize your knowledge of sales operations and market dynamics to develop effective strategies.

Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and develop teams.

Display initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze and interpret sales data and reports.


Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in an FMCG van sales environment, with a proven track record of handling large teams.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Possess good verbal and written English skills, have basic PC skills, and hold a valid driving license.
