Overview

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries.
  • Prepared financial statements, reports and budgets as required.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian tax regulations and assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue generation.
  • Monitor and control expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manager.
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
  • Stay updated on changes in local financial regulations and ensure company compliance.
  • Prepared and submit financial reports to regulatory authorities as required.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decisionmaking.
  • Communicate financial information clearly and effectively to nonfinancial stakeholders.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification
  • Knowledge of Saudi Arabian accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Strong analytic and problemsolving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • International experience
  • Be proficient in financial management software.
