Job Purpose:

To drive our company's financial strategy, and provide valuable insights for decision-making. The responsibilities will include conducting thorough financial analysis and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop financial models.

Job description:

1) Oversees projects that relate directly to an organization's revenue and expenses, cash flow, long-term investments, and reporting.

2) Prepares cost-benefit analyses for projects across departments while identifying areas where revenue, profitability and cash flow can be improved.

3) Skilled in budgeting and financial management, both to help the teams complete projects according to estimated budgets and to oversee an organization's financial performance.

4) Balances big-picture business goals and long-term forecasting with day-to-day oversight of revenue, expenditures, and cash flow in order to make well-informed decisions about emerging opportunities and areas for improvement.

5) Builds and works with cross-functional teams.

The ability to coordinate across departments and motivate staff members to complete projects according to both internal and external deadlines is vital.

6) Actively seeks methods to enhance overall efficiency and performance.

This can mean taking a more active role in the day-to-day work within the project lifecycle or identifying cost-saving opportunities at the organizational level.

7) Identifies areas for improvement and develops solutions to prevent project delays and help a company meet its budgetary and cash flow goals.

8)Frequently communicates with both team members and executives during the project lifecycle. Frequently needs to present findings to stakeholders and effectively communicate with team members and departments.

9) Communicates goals and expectations to team members, shares progress and asks questions of organization leaders.

10) Develops, presents, and oversees financial budgets on quarterly and annual basis in addition to 5-year plans.

11) Collaborates with executives, project managers, and cross-departmental leadership to set budget goals and ensure they're followed, including tracking results and comparing them to key financial targets.


Requirements:


1- Required education and experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, preferably in Finance.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of financial planning and analysis concepts.
  • CMA, MBA, CPA would be an advantage.

1- Required languages and computer skills:

  • Excellent verbal & written English and Arabic
  • Good knowledge of working with budget models.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle Fusion.
  • Knowledge of Financial information management modules is a plus (ex: Power BI, Enterprise Planning Module, etc.)
