As Project Controls Manager you will be responsible for the planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and reporting of project.

The role involves managing a team of project controls professionals and collaborating with stakeholders including project manager, engineers, and client to ensure project success.

• Develop and maintain the project controls plan and associated procedures.
• Developing project plans and schedules, including defining project milestones, tasks, and deliverables. Ensuring that project activities are properly sequenced and resources are allocated effectively.
• Collaborating with project teams to develop accurate cost estimates for various project activities. Creating and managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring that the project remains within budget.
• Implementing and managing the Earned Value Management (EVM) system, which integrates project scope, schedule, and cost to assess project performance and provide insights into project health. Identifying project risks and developing risk mitigation strategies.
• Tracking project progress against established schedules and milestones.
• Generating regular reports and providing updates to stakeholders on project status, key metrics, and performance indicators.
• Assessing the impact of scope changes and managing change requests.

• Optimizing resource allocation and utilization, including managing staffing levels and coordinating with relevant departments or contractors to ensure the availability of necessary resources.

• How many years of experience do you have working at Aramco Projects?

• Bachelor's (preferred)

• QA Manager: 5 years (preferred)
