    Optimizingthe group reinsurancestructures

    • Refining thegroup reinsurance structure blending risk modelling and capitaloptimisation considerations under risk appetite et regulatoryconstraint.
    • Monitoring the reinsuranceperformance in various processes (budgeting, closure), provideanalysis explaining the main observed discrepancies and feedbackthe reinsurance structures and the next year budget withappropriated evolutions.

    Supporting reinsurancenegotiation

    • Building-upand leverage a strong relationship with Brokers' andReinsurers' actuaries to enable in-depth technicalnegotiation during the reinsuranceplacement.
    • Preparing the renewal submissionpacks and derive analysis that support negotiation in order toachieve the renewal targets.
    • Providing regulartreaty performance monitoring through one-one meeting and/or globalwebinar to the reinsurers, supported by detailed informationgathered from a nurture relationship with the underwritingteam.
