    AboutJeeny:

    We are a joint venture between MEIG(Middle East Internet Group) Rocket Internet and IMENA. Jeeny wasestablished in 2014 as Easy Taxi. However in 2016 it was revampedas Jeeny to cater to other services. Currently we are operationalin Saudi Arabia and Jordan.

    We have offices inRiyadh Jeddah Madinah Dammam Khobar Amman Lahore andKarachi.

    About The Role:

    As aMarketing Manager you will be responsible for developing executingand overseeing marketing strategies tailored to the Saudi Arabianmarket. You will work closely with the Marketing Headcrossfunctional teams and local partners to ensure the appsmessaging campaigns and initiatives resonate effectively with theSaudiaudience.

    Requirements:

    • LocalStrategy: Collaborate with the Marketing Head and marketing/brandteams to adapt global customer acquisition strategies for the SaudiArabian market considering cultural nuances and regionaltrends.
    • Campaign Execution: Plan and executelocalized customer acquisition campaigns across various channelsemphasizing digital and performancemarketing.
    • Audience Targeting: Identify keycustomer segments and tailor marketing messages and offers toeffectively reach and engage them.
    • Localizationof Ad Content: Oversee the adaptation of ad creatives copy andlanding pages to align with local preferences and trends by thebrand department.
    • Market Insights: Conductthorough market research to understand customer behaviorpreferences and trends in Saudi Arabia.
    • BudgetManagement: Manage the marketing budget for Saudi Arabias customeracquisition efforts ensuring optimal resourceallocation.
    • Data Analysis: Continuously monitorand analyze campaign performance data to optimize ROI and adjuststrategies accordingly.
    • Team Collaboration:Work closely with the global marketing team to ensure alignment andshare insights for continuousimprovement.
    • Reporting: Provide regular updateson customer acquisition efforts to the CMO sharing insights andrecommendations.
    • Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to alignmarketing initiatives with businessgoals.
    • Innovation: Identify new customeracquisition opportunities and test innovative strategies foreffectiveness.
    • Localization Compliance: Ensureall customer acquisition activities comply with local regulationsand ethical standards.
    • Market Trends: Stayinformed about the Saudi Arabian markets evolving trends andcompetitorsactivities.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Business or related field (Masters aplus).
    • 5 years of marketing experience with atleast 2 years in a managerial or leadershiprole.
    • Strong understanding of Saudi Arabianculture consumer behavior and marketdynamics.
    • Proven experience in planning andexecuting successful customer acquisition campaigns especially indigital channels.
    • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills in English andArabic.
    • Datadriven mindset with the ability toanalyze and interpret performancemetrics.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing toolssocial media platforms and market researchtechniques.
    • Strong organizational skills withthe ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
    • Collaborative attitude andability to work effectively with crossfunctionalteams.
