Responsibilities:


Active Directory Management:
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Active Directory services within the Oracle Cloud environment.

User Management:
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within Active Directory, ensuring compliance with organizational security policies.

Group Policy Management:
Develop and implement group policies to standardize system configurations and enforce security settings across the organization.

Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
Monitor the health and performance of Active Directory services, and troubleshoot any issues or outages that may arise.

Security Compliance:

Ensure that Active Directory configurations adhere to industry best practices and regulatory requirements, and implement measures to enhance security and compliance.

Documentation and Training:

Maintain detailed documentation of Active Directory configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps, and provide training and support to other IT staff as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

4-5 years of experience in managing and maintaining Active Directory services, preferably within a cloud environment such as Oracle Cloud.

Strong knowledge of Active Directory design, implementation, and administration, including user management, group policy management, and security controls.
Proficiency in troubleshooting Active Directory issues and performing system diagnostics.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for Active Directory security and compliance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Relevant certifications such as

Microsoft Certified:
Azure Administrator Associate or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certifications would be a plus.
