    As a Senior Project Manager at TAM, you will be part of the Digital Solutions team. He\she will be in charge of projects from initiation to closure. This includes establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and other stakeholders, building project plans and running projects efficiently and effectively.

    Key responsibilities and objectives:

    • Establish and Lead PMO: Develop and lead the Project Management Office, setting up processes, methodologies, and standards for project management across the organization.
    • Project Planning and Initiation: build various project management plans and participate in kick-off meetings in order to capture client expectations and ensure they are met.
    • Resource Management: Collaborate with other Units to allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization and efficient project delivery.
    • Performance Monitoring: Track project performance and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and to clients.
    • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies for risk mitigation. Implement effective risk management practices to minimize project disruptions and optimize outcomes.
    • Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, project sponsors, and internal teams. Ensure effective communication, manage expectations, and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise.
    • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and practices. Identify areas for enhancement, implement best practices, and drive efficiency across the organization.
    • Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing project management team. Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and capabilities.

    Requirements

    • 5-7 years of work experience in project management that at least 3 of which include digital solutions offerings
    • Bachelor's degree in IT, IS, Computer Science, MIS or any related field
    • Experience in managing cross functional teams
    • Experience in working with clients from the government sector in Saudi is a desired
    • PMP certification is a plus
    • Full proficiency in both Arabic and English
    • Strong stakeholder management skills
