Responsibilities:


  • Ensure that the store is operating fully in compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide daily feedback and updates about operations and products to sales manager.
  • Maintain store upkeep and make sure it complies and is standardized with company policy.
  • Monitor the execution of merchandising strategy in compliance with Group guidelines.
  • Ensure all product prices and barcode labeling are in accordance with company policy.
  • Highlight to sales manager suggested store maintenance and follow up on execution.
  • Investigate lost sales and customer accounts.
  • Suggest to sales manager ideas for marketing promotions.
  • Contribute to the team effort to achieve sales targets and monitor store upkeep.
  • Act as a role model of good behavior and high performance.
  • Keep the team motivated and working together with enthusiasm and positivity.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Collaborate with other company departments and segments of management to establish and execute responsibilities.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:


  • Saudi national
  • A minimum of 2 years' sales experience of fresh graduate with demonstrated sales potential.
  • Strong communicator, energetic, professional and extremely organized.
  • Proactive and creative in reaching out to clients.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Excellent verbal communication and people skills.
  • A strong commitment and dedication to customer service.
  • The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
  • Confident, driven and enthusiastic.

Salary:
From ریال6,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:


  • High school or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)
Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)


Language:


  • English (preferred)
