Designs and develops learning and developmentprograms based on both the Organization's and individual's needs, and accordingto Human Capital (HC) strategies.


Essential Responsibilities and Duties:


1- Identifies and assesses current and future trainingneeds through job function, career opportunities, annual performance appraisalsand consultation with line managers.

2- Designs training programs that arealigned with the Organization's objectives.

3- Evaluates the success of development plans and helpsemployees make the most of learning opportunities

4- Designs various learning methods and embraces differentstyles of training techniques (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, e-learning, tutorialsessions, etc.).

5- Monitors training programs and manuals to ensurethat they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates as necessary.


6- Works closely with various leaders across the Organizationto address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needsregarding specific employees or departments.


7- Evaluates effectiveness of leaning and developmentprograms and utilizes relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changesin instructional objectives and methods.

8- Manages costs for all programs, productions, andpublications in order to report to Organization executives regarding a returnon investment.

9- Prepares periodic reports to present learningand development programs outcomes to be submitted to management.


Education:

Master's or Bachelor's Degreein Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other relateddiscipline is required.


Experience Required:


At least nine (9) years withMaster's, or eleven (11) years with Bachelor's Degree of related Training/Learningor Human Resources Development experience including four (4) years in senior or supervisory capacity is required.


Other Requirements(Certificates):

  • Certified Human Resources Programs and/or Professional (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, HCI) or any equivalent certificates is preferred.
  • Certified Learning and Development Professional is preferred
  • Saudi National Only
