- 5 years of experience (in Field Sales of FMCG preferably)

A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Responsible that core distribution, coverage and visibility objectives are met
- Develop, negotiate, implement & monitor Customer Business Plans in alignment with Company Objectives
- Responsible for maintaining an uptodate tracker that includes the following:
- Sales Achievements vs. Targets
- Sales by Category/Brand per unit
- Team Performance Records
- Customers Information
- Competition information
- To lead, manage, control, develop and motivate the Field Sales Team
- Develop and manage longterm effective business relationship with customers
- Accountable and responsible for the development of sales team via regular onthejob training and field appraisals
