    About the Company

    This company engages in the exploration production transportation and sale of crude oil and natural gas. It operates through the following segments: Upstream Downstream and Corporate. The Upstream segment includes crude oil natural gas and natural gas liquids exploration field development and production. The Downstream segment focuses on refining logistics power generation and the marketing of crude oil petroleum and petrochemical products and related services to international and domestic customers. The Corporate segment offers supporting services including human resources finance and information technology. The company was founded on May and is headquartered in Dhahran Saudi Arabia.

    Job Summary

    We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Knowledge Management Consultant to play a pivotal role in Global Manufacturing Excellence (GME) organizations to lead GMEs Global Knowledge Management initiatives.

    Your primary role will be to oversee the establishment of a Knowledge Hub and drive continuous improvement through expertise sharing across 75 Communities of Practice (CoPs) management and administration in line with globally recognized bestinclass International Oil Companies (IOCs) knowledge management best practices.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage endtoend knowledge capture processes from highperforming assets worldwide.
    • Develop taxonomies and platforms to codify both explicit and tacit expertise.
    • Reestablish administer and manage CoPs (Communities of Practice) and expert forums to disseminate best practices rapidly.
    • Benchmark manufacturing processes against industryleading standards.
    • Identify training needs and knowledge gaps to strengthen capabilities.
    • Ensure integrated knowledge systems and digital tools are optimized.
    • Report on metrics that demonstrate impact on operational excellence.

    Requirements:

    • This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran Saudi Arabia.
    • Degree in Engineering Knowledge Management or a related field.
    • Minimum of 15 years of experience leading knowledge initiatives within manufacturing.
    • Expertise in knowledge engineering expertise mapping and learning systems is essential.
    • Proven ability to institutionalize a continuous improvement culture.
    • Track record of developing and applying taxonomies at scale.
    • Experience designing and implementing integrated knowledge platforms.
    • Strong leadership collaboration and change management competencies.
    • Fluency in multiple languages desired given global responsibilities is preferred.
