We are a new food company based in Riyadh, we specialize in frozen & packaged food products.

We are looking for a product category manager who will work with the manufacturer and with (b2b) clients in the Kingdom.

Job description:
Supply management

1. Communicating with production facilities, and preparing production plans to ensure the efficient delivery of inventory, service and cost objectives.
Manage the purchasing and procurement process for all F&B-related supplies such as negotiating pricing with vendors
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Monitor inventory levels and usage patterns to ensure appropriate ordering and minimize waste
Ensuring all orders are shipped and delivered on time while confirming the documents and quantity of goods during transportation.

Demand management

1. Promoting and selling a range of food products to customers, including packaged goods, and prepared foods.
Handling customer inquiries and weekly sales orders, and maintaining customer account
Engaging with customers and building relationships with them to understand their needs and requirements.
Ensuring all orders are shipped and delivered on time while confirming the documents and quantity of goods during transportation

Qualifications:

Fluent in Arabic and English
Experience in and knowledge of food service or hospitality industry, relationshipbased sales, culinary experience, customer service. General computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.).
Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the telephone and in writing to diverse groups

Salary:
From ریال5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
