    We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedprofessional to join our team as the Head of Human Resources. TheHead of HR will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of thehuman resources function within the organization including but notlimited to recruitment staffing training and development employeerelations performance management and compliance with all applicablelaws and regulations.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    Develop and implement HRstrategies and initiatives aligned with the overall businessstrategy

    Lead and manage a team of HRprofessionals to ensure that HR services are delivered effectivelyand efficiently

    Develop and oversee talentacquisition strategies and recruitment processes to attract andretain top talent

    Oversee and manage employeeonboarding and offboarding processes

    Develop andimplement training and development programs to enhance employeeskills and capabilities

    Lead and manage employeerelations programs and initiatives to promote a positive workculture and environment

    Manage and implementperformance management processes and tools to ensure clear andeffective communication of performance expectations andfeedback

    Ensure compliance with all applicablelaws and regulations governing the employmentrelationship

    Serve as a strategic partner to theexecutive team on all matters related to humanresources

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration orrelated field; Masters degree preferred

    8 yearsof progressive experience in human resources with at least 5 yearsin a leadership role

    SHRM CIPD certificationpreferred

    Strong leadership skills with theability to lead and motivate a team

    Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills

    Strongunderstanding of employment laws and regulations

    Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies todrive business results
