This is a remote position.

The VP, Sales and Marketing EU position is responsiblefor leading the sales and marketing team in EU and UK region. Thisincludes directing the sales team to meet or exceed sales revenue,sales profitability and budgetary objectives as well as leading thecreation and direction of the organization s brand and marketingstrategies that support the Group vision. The role oversees allaspects of the sales and marketing teams to build compelling andengaging Client and Associate experiences with the brand andportfolio of offerings.

Location (London or Oxford orCambridge in UK, Munich or Frankfurt in Germany, Basel or Geneva inSwitzerland, or other cities in EU)

Essential JobDuties:

• Develop and meetsales and profit goals that are consistent with the company slong-range strategic objectives
  
• Develop pricing strategies and salescampaigns, and manage the entire team in UK, Germany andSwitzerland
  
• Review and design compensation structure andvariable compensation plans in conjunction with the CEO and otherPlan Administrators.
  
• Monitor and report sales achievements to thePresident and Executive Leadershipteam
  
• Monitor customer, market and competitoractivity and provide feedback to company leadership team and othercompany functions
  
• Manage key customer relationships andparticipate in closing strategicopportunities
  
• Promote and reinforce effective communicationwith our medical advisors and key opinionleaders
  
• Develop accurate sales forecasts that allowmanagement to effectively capitalize on opportunities, manageissues and measure performance
  
• Lead the creation and direction of brand andmarketing strategies and objectives for all new and existingproducts/services
  
• Develop and manage departmental budgets forSales and Marketing
  
• Identify published studies, as well ascreates publication strategies that support the marketing messagesand strategies
  
• Oversee various marketing activities (i.e.,attendance at scientific meetings, customer visits, regional marketmeetings, marketing research) to stay current on issues related tocustomer needs as well as future marketopportunities
  
• Evaluate industry, market trends andcompetition strategies and recommend product/service positioningand pricing
  
• Identify new product and market opportunitieswhile utilizing research to determinefeasibility
  
• Work with direct reports and Executiveleadership to develop monthly, quarterly and annual sales andprofitability forecasts for allproducts
  
• Represent the voice of the customer to ensuremarketing strategies, programs and tactics help the brand connectwith key customers (market & brandresearch)
  
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills throughthe supervision, coaching and mentoring ofothers
  
• Demonstrate ability to manage conflicts andissues regarding matters ofsignificance
  
• Utilize strong network of contacts bothinside and outside thecompany
  
  

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Biology or other LifeScience degree is required, MBA preferred
  
• 10+ yearsof related experience in the field of Sales or Marketing in thehealthcare industry
  
• 5 years Leadership experiencerequired
  
• Willing to travel 30% to BeijingChina
  
• Willing to work outside normal business hoursas job dictates
  
• Ability to keep sensitive informationconfidential
  

Undergraduate degree in Biology or other Life Science degree isrequired, MBA preferred 10+ years of related experience in thefield of Sales or Marketing in the healthcare industry 5 yearsLeadership experience required Willing to travel 30% to BeijingChina Willing to work outside normal business hours as job dictatesAbility to keep sensitive information confidential
