Eram Talent is seeking a highly skilled Sub-Contracts Engineer to join our team in the UAE.

The Sub-Contracts Engineer will play a vital role in managing subcontracting activities and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.


Responsibilities:


  • Review and evaluate subcontractor proposals and bids
  • Negotiate and finalize subcontract agreements
  • Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and resolve any issues or disputes
  • Manage the subcontracting process, including scope of work, payments, and documentation
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful subcontracting outcomes
  • Ensure that subcontracting activities align with project timelines and budgets

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in subcontract management or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of contracting and procurement practices
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the oil and energy industry is preferred
  • Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
