up to $5000 net/month

A full-time job and working fully remote

• We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager with a proven track record of building scalable software products in a fastpaced, dynamic environment. In this role, you will lead a team of engineers (Developers, DevOps, QA) to develop highly sophisticated features, collaborate to make challenging decisions, prioritize the right things, creatively solve problems, and ensure we are shipping exceptionally highquality products. You will work directly with founders and crossfunctionally with product managers to define, build, and launch missioncritical initiatives. If you have a knack for shipping highquality, extremely impactful products, we need you on our team._

What you'll do

• Drive engineering execution by defining roadmaps, creating feature specifications, and working crossfunctionally to ship quality code at a high cadence.
• Lead the architecture and development of the platform including the web apps, backend, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Set up efficient and scalable engineering processes.
• Manage, develop, and grow a team of globally distributed engineers, DevOps, and QA.

Skills & experience we're excited about
7+ years of demonstrated history of systems architecture design and end-to-end deployment.

2+ years of proven track record of completing a multi-quarter software project while managing a technical team of at least 5 engineers.

• Strong problemsolving skills
• Proven track of building high performant engineering teams for fastpaced environments.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Analytical and datadriven to separate signal from the noise.
• You must be a worldclass individual contributor to thrive at the company.
